Freshman Physical Education

This course is designed to develop and improve physical fitness, coordination, motor skills, flexibility and agility through participation in various drills and games.

Grade Level: 9

Recreational Physical Education

This class will provide the student to opportunity to acquired knowledge and skills in variety of lifetime activities such as -- pickle ball, archery, bowling, basketball, weight training and running.  Prequisites-freshman physical education.

Weight Training

This course is designed to teach techniques in weight training lifts--safety in the weight room--and various programs for weight training.  The class will improve physical condition and personal appearance by following a vigorous weight program.
